Creative Associates International, Inc. (Creative) is seeking candidates for an anticipated USAID-funded grants-based project to support Afghan community based groups that are not registered with the Ministry of Economy.
The Regional Finance Officer provides oversight, administrative controls, and regular financial reporting on all financial aspects of project activities in the Region, including project implementation, personnel, and overhead expenses, in line with standard Creative procedures. Also provides direct liaison with banking and related financial services, oversees petty cash operations, and provides overall accountability and reporting in full compliance with USAID and Creative standards. Supervises regional project bookkeeping and accounting staff, and reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager.
Qualifications: Five years of relevant experience with international NGOs or donors and at least three years of USAID experience.
