Creative Associates International, Inc. (Creative) is seeking candidates for an anticipated USAID-funded grants-based project to support Afghan community based groups that are not registered with the Ministry of Economy.
The Regional Grants Manager provides oversight of the regional grants program to ensure adherence to all Creative grants manual standards and protocols; including periodic inspections of individual grantees (proposal, performance, lessons learned, results achieved). Coordinates with field staff in grants application, sustainable and responsible grants administration within the community, routine grants reporting, and special grants support issues that may arise. Provides periodic reports on grants progress and all financial matters pertaining to the grants. Supervises all project grants advisory staff, and reports to the Regional Manager and Sr. Grants Manager.
Qualifications: Three to five years of relevant experience with international NGOs or donor grant programs and at least two years of USAID experience.
