MEN LEAD THE AFFAIR AT VALENTINE’S
Men are romantics according to a recent survey of almost 500 people. For ladies who believe that men are not proactive enough on Valentine’s day, think again.
Around 50 per cent of single men will be sending cards this year, while only 25 per cent of women said they were thinking about it, according to a recent survey carried out by www.thesinglesolution.co.uk
“Another interesting finding supporting the men is that 25 per cent compared to just 12 per cent of women, said that Valentines can provide great opportunities to make new acquaintances,” said Paul Ergatoudis, Managing Director at The Single Solution who run events for single professionals.
For the organisers of The Single Solution, demand has been so great that they are running three London events in Valentines week, catering for three separate age groups.
“People aren’t just looking for a quick date on Valentine’s day, but a good night out”, said Mr Ergatoudis. “At our events, if you’re hoping to increase your social circles, network, or meet someone special there’s plenty of opportunity. Many people come back for more, not just because it’s a great way to meet like minded professionals, but because it’s simply a great night out,” he added.
