I have been involved in educational issues in Albania for a number or years.

I have been supervising Zana Lita on one of her jobs. She was fully unqualified and therefore I do not think that experts that discuss in this forum should spend time and consider her. This forum looks for qualified discussions and not somebody like Zana Lita that is fired many times due to her insufficient skills. I am sorry to bring by such opinion.

In 2003, I was managing a UN program from our HQ in New York. Zana Lita was one of the candidates that were selected for interview as she applied for a vacant position as translator of english. Finally, we did not hire her because we were not fully satisfied from her qualifications. After Zana Lita realized that she could not become the job, she started to shout and use dirty words to offend myself and my colleagues.
She is good in interviews, but if you hire her, you will reaslize soon that it was a mistake. Zana Lita is an arrogant and inpolite person. I would not reccommend her to any position that includes work in group.
