I am interested in purchasing a house in Pago Pago. I have a husband, two kids, and a dog. I would like a nice sized lot, two stories, a garage, not by developments, but relatively close to basic needs, hot tub, pool, near the beach, and has at least three bathrooms. My budget is 600, 000 USD.
