I am going to American Samoa next month. I actually have two questions: One, I am a celiac (allergic to gluten) and am wondering what foods I should avoid eating; and two, I have read that it is polite to bring gifts for my hosts. I will be coming from Illinois with my son and his wife. We will be staying with cousins while in Samoa. What would be appropriate gifts to bring?
