I know that there are estate agents out there, but in my experience it is often difficult to judge their sales pitch.
We are thinking of a nice terraced house, not too small around 140 sq metres etc., with good central heating in a good accessible area. Roughly and realistically how much would one have to pay?
Do the authorities follow up on those who live there without the official residencia?
I would be very grateful for any constructive comments on the above.
