I am writing in order to obtain some information for a friend of mine whom I will keep anonymous for now. He is currently running Track & Field, specializing in the 400m and his pr is 46 low indoors(he is under 20 years of age). Granted he stays healthy and improves, he would love to run for Antigua and Barbuda in the 2012 Olympics. He lives in the US and is a US citizen however his parents were born in Antigua. Currently we are in the process of acquiring him a passport from Antigua and Barbuda which would grant him the citizenship. My question to you is then, what would he need to run in order to be even considered in the representation of Antigua and Barbuda and who should I get in contact with, with other questions.
