Hi Julianna,

I am an American living in Santa Cruz, CA. I am planning on living in Argentina and am focused on Palermo. I am self employed trading the currency markets over the internet and make a good income.

Eventually, I plan on buying a house there but would like to rent first the first few years.

I have no clue the difficulty of attaining a permanent residency visa there but will find out soon.

My plan to move is scheduled in about two years but I wanted to establish a long term contact (you) first for housing.

Any and all help is gladly appreciated!

Hi, everyone!

The original message about this apartment was posted a few years ago. The flat is still available to short to long term rentals, the price is not the same, and the furniture was updated as well.
