I am looking for some great recipes from Argentina's Wine Country. We would like to have your favorite recipes published in our new cookbook. Submissions will be fully acknowled with their name, restaurant address (if any) and email address. Recipes from both private individuals and professional chefs would be welcomed and greatfully appreciated.

Please tell your favorite cooks in Argentina we are anxious to publish their recipes and share them with the world. I speak some Spanish so emails in Spanish are fine.
