Manning Global are looking for Junior Telecommunications Field Service Engineers. The candidate will be required to install, configure and/or support specific 3G hardware equipment and software applications at our client sites globally.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn many different aspects of the next generation telecommunications industry and training will be provided on the products required.
Qualification/Experience Required:
- A degree (or equivalent) in electronic engineering, computer science or a related discipline
- at least 12 month commercial experience within a telecommunications environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft platform and applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- good problem analysis skills
- Able to demonstrate customer focus
- Fluency in English and at least one other language is required
Ideally you will also have
- Experience/knowledge of Telecommunications Technology (ideally hands-on)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
