Arizona - Retirement

Gila County Aarizona

J McCloud (24.121.49.50) -

Preface

The Garden of Evil

Retirement under the Tonto Rim

By Jubal McCloud

Arizona Mogollon Rim County is the most beautiful and majestic part of the Arizona landscape.

The Rim County is under the control of an underground culture. The culture is a secret network of predators known as the “Good Old Boys”.

The late 19 century southern Arizona Crises in Tombstone with a group known as the Cowboys and the notorious Clanton Gang. The Clanton Gang escaped destruction with the Cowboys and fled to the White Mountains later moving into the Rim Country.

The Clanton gang established the way of life of surviving with a rifle and running iron. Thus the belief that the only way to survive was by stealing from your neighbor has become a way of life through out the Rim Country.

The name “Good Old Boys” was created when these former Clanton gang members became wealthy in land, cattle and lumber.

The “Good Old Boys” literally wallow in the recherché that they are only Good Neighbors and Good Christians and that they come from many generation of good neighbors which have done nothing but good for their neighbors etc etc.

The incumbent “Good Old Boys” have come to the realization with modernization of our society, electricity, plumbing and paved roads that the tax base is going to have to be greatly expanded to support the rising cost of communities. With a static tax base the “Good Old Boys” would wind up paying their own way in life.

In reality the “Good Old Boys” have grown lazy and bored with Cattle and lumber and have taking to ranching Senior Citizens. It has been estimate that by 2010 the population density of Senior citizens, 50 and above, will represent 70% of the population.

Considering that seniors are much more frail and weaker than most people. They are extremely easier to intimidate and control. This allows the “Good Old Boys” to harvest the assets of seniors and control votes/election as they see fit.

The USDOJ and Arizona Attorney General have taken the position that any violation of civil rights are local crimes and must be addressed by local people. This places the enforcement of these crimes into the hands of the people that committed the crimes.

Considering that the US Constitution and State Constitution are not viable avenues for protection. The First Amendment and the Ballot Box are not usable tools in the Retirees’ survival.

The Garden of Evil was created...

End

This note is quite appropriate . My husband and I sent a decade in that horrible place. Conditions with the water shortages . The water that was available was tainted with human waist. When we left we were forced to sell our real estate to a Good Old Boy predators for For 20 cents on the Dollar. If we had stayed any longer we would have left in homeless mode living on welfare . They took about every thing we had.

I am also a victim of the Good Old Boys. I only lasted three years before I got wise. The culture of making their way through life by stealing from their neighbors is a hard and fast way of life. These people were referred to as “Barn Yard Dropouts”. They could not hold down a job with a flat shovel and wheelbarrow. I found the worst to be the community government employees. When I left I also left 75% of my real estate equity in the hands of a Good Old Boy who was my friend and neighbor.

These "Good Old Boys are very dangerous and treacherous people. They travel in packs you are always facing two or more together. I spent four years in Gila County. The first day I move in they were all over me like flies on . All I could get from them was that they were just Good Neighbors here to do the Christian thing. Every other word was what good people they were and what marvelous things they had done for the community. The more people I met the more horror stories I heard about the "Good Old Boys". They were referred to abusers and dominators and what they could not abuse and dominate they destroyed. I finally got fed up being dominated by the "Good Old Boys" and moved out. I sold my real estate as a FSBO

My immediate next door neighbor took an offense to me selling my house myself and told me that the local title companies would not process the paperwork unless it came from a local real estate agencies. So I had an Attorney in Phoenix take care of it. I got full value for my property.

Look very carefully before you decide where to retire...

This “Good Old Boy” thread is quite informative. This secretive culture has been working for generations. They even managed to run Zane Grey out of Arizona. My wife and I had planed on retiring in the rim country now we are going to retire in California or Flordia where it is civilized and safe for senior citizens.

When we examine the “Good Old Boys” and “Kux Klux Klan” and “Iraka Baath Party”, it would be very interesting to determine what gives these cultures their cohesion. They all enjoyed the wealth and privilege that power brings with it. Is it religion, politics or just a common desire for dominance of the people?

The influx of new blood into Rural Arizona will hopefully mean the end of these cliques. History will guide the newcomers in dealing with the secretive cliques.

Wow what a chat line!! I live in that unmentionable place everyone is talking about. The "Good Old Boys" are real and it is a very hostile environment for baby boomers to adjust to... But don't despair... There is more that one baby boomer in the area and we can be communicated with. So don't give up and move out leaving the majority of your assets behind that is what they want you to do. There are some of us that are staying behind to slug it out.

We have seen a web site (www.bbcoalition.com) which might show some guidance.. People can survive in a hostile environment... Look at the people in Nazi Occupied Europe survived for years. People in Iraqi have survive for generations..

I live in that place. It a bluddy nightmare. The entire culture is based on corruption, corruption and more corruption. There is no Law. There is no law enforcement.

The Courts even go the highest bidder.

I to am a refugee from that place., It was not safe to use my real name in this posting because I still have family living in Gila County. I saw first hand what happens to people who are dumb enough to stand up for their constructional rights. These people are cowards and travel in gangs. When you have a problem with a Good Old Boy, you will find yourself in court facing a large group of Good Old Boys all telling the same lies. You can’t fight City Hall.

Good Old Boys control the whole community. They control the news papers, the radio stations and banks and real estate industry, not to mention the community government.

It appears that they have placed a controller in all pockets of dense retiree population to control the residents. The controllers are there to control elections through Intimidation and fear. The old people are kept hiding in the back room.

The only way a person can survive in Gila County is to be an isolationist. If you need something done you cannot do yourself, you just have to learn to do without it.

The word on the street is Gila County Good Old Boys literally get away with murder. The story is a Good Old Boy followed a man home and killed him in his front yard. The Good Old Boy was tried and found guilty. He was sentenced to one year in Jail with a suspended sentence.

It would be foolish to try and retire in Gila county.

Retires/Senior Citizens are viewed as a resource like a head of beef.

This chat sounds like something my wife and I heard at a square dance event in Los Vegas. We met a group of people from the Zane Grey Twirlers out of Payson, Az. As the dance progressed my wife ran into one of these”Gila County Good Old Boys”. This guy was a real bad egg. He kept fondling my wife breast and rear end. This Guy would not leave my wife alone. When she finally came back around to me, she asks to step to the side. We stepped aside and this Guy came charging up and introduced himself as Ed Blouse, The Mayor of Mesadel and the president of the Zane Grey Twirlers. He smelled like he just crawled out of a beer barrel. I finally got direct and blunt and told him to stay away from my wife or else. He threatened me with his importance and power and turned and walked away.

At break time we met other people from the Zane Grey Twirlers. This Ed Blouse guy was the talk of the night. The women called him “Evil Little Eddie”, the men called him “Dirty little Eddie” Blouse was said to be even worse when he was sober. He usually introduces himself as “for all intents and purposes the Mayor of a community known as Mesa del” Blouse father boast was that he and Gila County ruled Mesa del with an Iron hand, that he was the absolute ruler. The people of the Twirlers had formed a committee to get a new president as soon as possible without a lot of publicity. The people seemed to be a bit intimidated by the county government.

The wife and I are avid RV travelers; we avoid Gila County at all cost.

I am not a refugee from that place. I spent about 10 dayes there during their “August Doings” Payson.s annual rodeo .

The line from (Reply #7 Regretful Retiree) appears to be dead on target. However Reply # 7 stopped short.

During my stay in Payson I heard two lines of dialogue. One was all milk & Honey the other was all Horror. Upon deeper investigations I learned the all milk and Honey was coming from city and county employees.

The Horror stories were coming from all the other residents. The main point being that when a person retires and comes into Gila County to live and puts down a large amount of their retirement funds into Gila County real estate.

The retirees instantly looses their U. S. Citizenship and become Gila County Subject . This leaves the retirees opens to all the demands and whims of the Predators that are controlling the area.

The basic story is all the predators want in the retiree’s money.

Giving the predators what they want is like paying a blackmailer. They instantly turn around and want more and more.

The corruption is not isolated to Gila County and obviously has contaminated the entire state. The city, county, state and federal employees that are responsible for the protection of freedoms and civil rights are all drawn from the same pool of people.

The retirees are trapped and have no place to go for help the only way to survive the corruption is to take your losses (make your donation to the predators) and get out while they still have something to get out with.

The advice from the retirees on how to survive Gila County,

“STAY OUT OF GILA COUNTY”!!!

It's about time the truth about that hell hole became public and that shroud of “Good Neighbors and Good Christians” is removed and exposed those dangerous and viscous creatures are exposed for what they are. I had a very close friend from child hood that was hounded to his death in the community of Mesa Del Caballo. The Local bully and his gang member that live less than two blocks for my friend would not leave him alone. My friend finally had a heart attack and fell off a ruff and died on the spot. My dead friends body was not cold. The predictors were on top of the family trying to get control of his assets, The bully know as the “I Man “ and his two gang members a convected felon and a guy that work for a title company, dominated the community through fear and intimidation.

Wow What a chat line. This is one of the most informative chat lines I have seen in some time. It’s good to see people telling the truth about an area, rather than giving is a blanket white wash

Talk about a place that need a regime change. This is one of the worst places I have ever seen in the US. People living in fear-Old People- The “Good Neighbors and Good Christians” rule the place with an Iron hand with their dirty Cops and Corrupt courts. They manufacture their legal evidence as they go to suite their needs. The Courts just rubber stamp anything they do. The US Constitution is not worth the paper it is written on!!!

This chat line is as old as the hills. The Arizona Rim Country has been known as the Rip Off Capital of the Country for decades.

Ever place you turn you will hear Zane Gray this and Zane Gray that.

In actuality the Greed and Corruption of the area was what drove Zane Gray out.

Reflections of a baby boomer turning retiree.

I have been in the Arizona Rim Country and decided to pass.

The land is the most beautiful I have ever visited. I would love to live there.

The Hard Facts of Life.

A person has to step back and tale a hard look.

The place was settled some time in the late 19th century the people first made their way through life with a rifle and a running iron.

The belief that the only way to survive was to steel from your neighbors became a way of life and is still widely practiced today in the Arizona Rim Country.

Today the cattle and lumber business is dead and gone.

Analyizing the situation the local people have to live buy groceries and gasoline and they have no education or training to earn a living elsewhere.

Today the only source of revenues available comes from ranching and harvesting retirees

This is the reason for the hostile and treacherous predicators of the culture that dominates and controls the region.

Knowing that the only way a retiree can survive is to become part of the treacherous predators that dominate the area.

The only alternative is to STAY OUT OF THE PLACE !!!

Anonymous Newbee Retiree

How can someone retire in an area the that is ruled and dominated by a corrupt and criminal government . The name should be changed from Arizona Rim Country to Little Iraq under the Rim

This chat line is quite familiar.

The wife and I just left Payson AZ. and their August doings (yearly Rodeo).

This was our first visit to Gila County and the Last.

We have never seen so many angry/violent people. All we could hear was “citizens comities” and “Vigilante comities”.

There was nothing but talk about large amounts of human remains that were constantly being found in the national forest by out of Towner’s.

In 100% of the cases the Law Enforcement community (County Sheriff) always wrote them off as ID unknown and cause of death unknown.

The Sheriff and the news papers have done an excellent job of keep all this hidden from the general public.

We became concerned with all this Sectarian violence looming.

We left Gila County before the rodeo was over. We loaded up with fuel and did not stop driving until we were out of Arizona.

We just saw the movie “September Dawn” The movie depicted the kind of attitude and culture we observed in Gila County.

Old People were living in fear of the Secret Sect that was exploiting and dominating the are.

The Gila County underworld culture everyone is wondering about is an out growth from sectarian religions fanatics.

The culture is a product the old LDS Danite culture of the 1830.

The Danite’s rule Gila County with an iron hand.

Every thing is done behind closed doors with everyone in the Brotherhood sworn to secrecy.

The Brotherhood has controllers situated in all large communities of non members. The brotherhood’s controllers are put there for spying, spreading fear and intimidation.

The brotherhood has “0” tolerance for any outsiders not Mormons moving into the area. They encourage move in only to strip them of their assets and send them on their way.

The good old boys are not the only problem in that place, other problems like filthiness, water shortage etc are also there which add up to the woes of the people. the reputation of the good old boys preceed them and help them to take advantage of other people.
