We are selling real estate property ideal for production. Property is ideally for making parquet or wooden briquettes or pellets from bio waste. Real estate is located in Petrovo near Doboj Republika Srbska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is 44.000 sq.m of land in the industrial part of Petrovo. On the land are two production halls, each one from 1.100 sq.m to 1.500 sq.m One is used to produce parquet, second one is used as sawmill. I the factory circle (16.127 sq.m) is also located administrative building and power station. The rest of the land (cca. 28.000 sq.m) is open area, that was used as storage for logs. Near Petrovo in range of 40 km are located app. 190 sawmills. Rail connection directly to the production halls with connection on railroad line Petrovo – Doboj – towards Zagreb (CRO).
