Hi!
About ten years ago I stayed briefly with a family in the Austrian countryside and they bottled me some homemade juice that I am trying to find a recipe for. They had told me at the time it is a traditional drink, but I don't even know what is in it! It was pale yellow in color and tasted like fruit and honey. It was non-alcoholic. If anyone has any idea what I'm talking about I would appreciate some advice on finding a recipe. Thanks!

It sounds like the juice made from the flowers in the Spring! I don't have the name handy (it's nearly 5am) but I'll ask my husband. I am guessing that's it though.
