House for short/long term rent in Baku, Azerbaijan.

The House is located in one of the safest neighbourhoods in Baku, not far away (about 10 min walk) are many bus stops with minibuses & buses going to various locations in town. (approx. 30-40 min to the centre of town).

There are several grocery shops and a huge marketplace near by the bus stops.

The house was recently completely renovated both from the inside & out, real nice garden & barbecue, garage.

The house consists of two completely isolated and separate quarters with separate gardens which only share the same main entrance into the garden vicinity (that being that the actual entrance to the houses are on opposing sides & isolated).

The house for rent consists of 3 bedrooms + kitchen & dining room, can be rented both semi-furnished or unfurnished.

Asking price 700$/month unfurnished, $900/month furnished (both prices are negotiable depending on number of people),

if you have been in Baku, or, will find out after your arrival, this is a very reasonable price, as foreigners are almost always overcharged!

My family has 2-bedroom fully furnished apartment available from February 1, 2008. This cute apartment is located on the 4th floor of the 4-store building where Mexx store is situated (the fountain square).

If interested I can send pictures. There is no middle persons and we would like to have a tenant who is single. A monthly rent price is $1500 net.
