Food is general the same as Dubai if not more expensive. Accomodation is cheaper than Dubai definitely ranging from BD400-BD600 per month for a 2-3 bedrooms apartment. Car is a must in Bahrain since public transport is next to non-existing. Rental cost of small car is about BD50 per month. Gasoline is 200fils per liter.
