1.Total responsibility to getting the New inquiries in to production up to shipment on Wal-Mart orders at Bangladesh –

2.Total responsibility to getting the New inquiries in to production up to shipment for La Vie En Rose-Canada

3.Hold the total responsibility on placed orders till finished goods on buyers nominated wear house.

4.Planning and Maintain the critical path and monitor closely with factories hit the target planned cut dates and shipment dates.

5. Trouble Shooting – Coordinated with factories closely to solve day to day issues to avoid bottle neck and have smooth production.

Job Description

1.Closely monitor samples From Development Stage to shipment samples.

2.Checking All the samples Prior to send Buyer

3.Coordinate with buyers and get orders and place orders to factory.

4.Follow up with Each Factory merchandisers for Fabric and trim ordering.

5.Closely monitor fabric and trims achieve T & A dates in order to make the shipments smoothly.

6.Communicates with the Final buyer on all correspondence and passed same information to Factory.

7.Maintaining follow up charts for production in order to hit delivery on time.

8.Visit Factory and checked First production out Put whether factory used correct fabric, trims and workmanship which is Required

9.Closely monitor Inspection Reports (Inline/ Production report which conducted by QA Dept) to make sure that factory followed updated instructions

10.Conducted Final Inspections Behalf of Buyer

I worked their as a Membership Officer / Office-in-Charge. Mainly my duties and responsibilities is to expand our membership nationwide and conduct trainings and convention not only around the country but also in other countries. My biggest, and for me, my challenging convention that I organized IS the ASEAN FURNITURE INDUSTRIES COUNCIL COMMITTE MEETING cum CONFERENCE which held in Singapore. Organising this event is really a prestigeous one because I am coordinating to different country members of the state.
