Carib Atlantic Inc. have one jetski business operation for lease for 3 years, renewable automatically to 5 years. Then a new lease of 5 years will be negotiated.

The lease offers a business person to take on the operation for the stated period at the agreed price.

We have several jetskii available but wish to lease only one for the time being.

The rental per hour is normally fixed at US$100 and you would rent the jetski for some 5 hours a day.

The marketing is usually done by canvassing on the beach or distributing business cards and vouchers in public places.

I am opening a pontoon jet ski and water toy business on a very popular lake. Advice, start out small the first season, preferrably with one pontoon boat, depending on the market, you can rent very high and make money just off one boat. Start out using a lab top (this will be your office), finance the boat over 240 months and pay monthly untill you have enough to pay off the boat (one season), than buy another and so on. Start up costs are cheap, make sure to put money earned back into the business, and have a lawyer!
