im working on a project in my cooking school and he assign my class to pick a carribean countries and to find recipes he gave us vegetarian meal. my question to u is can u help me find a vegetarian recipes from Barbados?

I was in Barbados last September and had the pleasure of trying macaroni pie. I've looked all over the internet but can't find a recipe for it. Does anybody have one for it? Thanks so much!
