the apartment has a chimney, wooden floors and high ceilings

The apartment is based on the first floor. It has very modern fixtures all over, the kitchen has a built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, micro wave and washing machine. There is a big eating and lounging area all in one spacious area. The apartment is fully furnished with all utilities (flat screen, wireless internet, kitchen utilities, bed linen, ...) There is one bedroom, separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtube. The living room has a view on a private park. Possibility to enter to the park for the tenants. The apartment is located in a new building, in a quiet and clean area. Common transport (tram, train, metro, bus) is very near. The apartment is available from 01.07.2009. Starting from the 1st of August 2009, we're offering you the possibility to enjoy a pleasant place to live in and also strategically placed, namely within two minutes walking from a drugstore, all public transports, the European parliament and the Royal Park. The Grand Place of Brussels is at 15 minutes walking. Further on, it is furnished and equipped.

There is one big room with a double bed and one smaller room (we can place a single bed). In the huge living room there is a couch for 2 persons.

We put at disposal a washing machine, a drying machine, a dishwasher, a microwave and a no-frost fridge.

The apartment has been renovated in 2007.

There is a bathroom and a separate shower room.

The toilet is also separate.

The rental price is 1000 EUR + 200 EUR for the charges.

One bedroom flat for rent in Ixelles. Fully equipped kitchen, cooker, fridge-freezer, toaster etc. Central heating throughout, so warm in winter.

One bedroom at back of property, quiet. Small entrance hall between bedroom and living room. Large living room-kitchen. Shower room and toilet. All wood floors.

Great location, near bars, restaurants, supermarkets and laundrettes. 5 minute walk from place Flagey, bus and tram routes into town. 15 minute bus journey form central stations, 20 minutes into town centre (Grand place, shops etc). Near place Luxembourg, avenue louise, Chausse d’Ixelles

TV and internet connection (Belgacom) can be transferred, as well as power (Lampris)

Available from 1st December 2009, would prefer a long term rent. €1200 deposit required

The flat is for rent for €600, plus €25 a month water charges, this is for unfurnished flat.

As I'm moving back to the uk, all of my furniture is for sale too, sofa, bed, 2 wardrobes, table, 4 chairs, book case, TV, DVD player, printer, fan, storage baskets etc. I’m asking €400 for this, email for full list and pictures.
