We're looking for a new flat mate to occupy the third room in our apartment. The room is

12 mē, furnished, has a laminated floor and was painted last year. There is however a very large living room and kitchen (the apartment totals 90 mē).

Grocery stores are conveniently nearby, as is the metro and the bus. We have had several experiences with flat mates and are looking for a fun, clean, non smoking person to take over this room. You will be living with a couple.

The 420 EUR is water, electricity, gas and internet included. Minimum rental period is three months, warranty is two months rent.
