here is one recipe of two kind of chevapthis is recipe for Banjaluka's chevap :
Ingredients:
* 800g of meat (preferably Beef)
* 120g of butter
* 120 of red onions
* 40g of boiled tomato souse
* 80g of carrots
* 20g of parsley
* red pepper
* Slice red onions
* Carrots
* Parsley.
Directions:
1. Cut the meat into small pieces.
2. Heat the butter in the pan and add meat and vegetables.
3. Pour water into the stew and let it boil.
4. Take the foam of the top, add salt and pepper and blanched tomatoes.
5. Fry it gently, until meat is cooked.
6. In the end add red pepper and stir it in.
7. Always serve with plenty of sauce.

it's better than a Banjaluka's chevap
