Iam a part 2 student at Lupane State University in Zimbabwe.l have undergone a 3 month attachement in an abbattoir as a meat grader & inspector.l have seen much of the processes in an abbattoir & would like to enhance my knowledge further in a similar environment in Botswana during the vacation period of december 2007.
