I am a young concerned motswana lady who would like to state her view regarding a huge loss the so called "brain drain" that most African countries are facing.Botswana, my country will continue to experince this loss due to our seniority based hiring system in which 10 years of experience is the order of the day in almost all job advertisements.As a young graduate i feel that i owe it to my country and the whole nation of Batswana to make a change and contribution especially after having been sponsored by my Government.PLease consider this since many developing counties like South Africa are developing their future managers through graduate-in training.
