He likes businesses that export product to other countries.

Would your friend, or yourself, have connections for those with smaller amounts to invest? Or even angel investors? I would like to license my Medical Concierge and patient Aftercare services throughout Brazil. I have been operating there for more than 5 years already and would like to license and expand my turnkey system and expand Medical Tourism in Brazil.
