Beach Bar/Restaurant/Water Park

This British Virgin Islands business commenced in 2004 as a bar and golf driving range. The business is located on the ocean front and has evolved into a highly successful restaurant and sports bar. We have 4 acres of waterfront land and an adjacent sea bed lease with all plans and permits for a government approved water park and recreation facility.

The business has remained profitable throughout recession but requires a new equity partner to facilitate the development. A majority shareholding is available.

The British Virgin Islands are a TAX FREE domain.
