I am a 40 y/o single American women and am in search of a major life change. How is day to day living on Tortola. Rock fever? Too much rum? Can I find work?

Hi, i'm also looking to work and live in Tortola, i have sailed all of the islands and have been bartending for quit some time. Can anyone give me info on moving to BVI. Like how hard is it to find work, is there much crime anything and everything please..
