I am in the process of buying a house in a Village called Iskar in the Valci Dol region and was told that the plot size is registered but the house size isnt. Does this mean that i could build a new house on the land and then knock the smaller one down. Also does anyone know the chances of actually getting a builder who will do the work when he says he will.
