Hi your the second person I have sent an email to and your answer would be see before you buy. A family bought a house on ebay and somehow found me and I got a friend in Bulgaria to view it - it was a money pit so a £9000 house would cost £40000 to make habitable. They sold and bought a house in our village all moderised and half the price. So I sugest visit bulgaria view properties. However I'm sure you could get a bargain but remember most require work and this is where the problems starts getting builders, miles from materials and most companys do not deliver, roads to property can be very bad. Regards Mike

Hi all!!!I have several elite class flats in Bulgaria, in complex Emerald. I am also thinking about selling them thru e bay. How do you think is it reasonable or I have to search buyers thru other channels? If someone is interested in flats near the sea in Bulgaria - let me know I give all the details and photos. And of course it is possible to see them. Phone of my boss, who is responsible of the flats and is ready to guide you - 00 371 29275621

Hello, I would agree look first, as you may find the house not what you think you buy, or in a village where you would not want to live or holiday, it could be a costly mistake, althought living in bulgaira is wonderfull and we have been here nearly 3 years now and love it. regards wilola
