Hi Everyone,
I am interested in buying property in Bulgaria and have recently seen some adds selling property on Ebay. Has anyone had any experience at all of buying through it? My instincts say no, but I have read some good reviews from happy customers... any inout would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi your the second person I have sent an email to and your answer would be see before you buy. A family bought a house on ebay and somehow found me and I got a friend in Bulgaria to view it - it was a money pit so a Ł9000 house would cost Ł40000 to make habitable. They sold and bought a house in our village all moderised and half the price. So I sugest visit bulgaria view properties. However I'm sure you could get a bargain but remember most require work and this is where the problems starts getting builders, miles from materials and most companys do not deliver, roads to property can be very bad.
