Hi, I'm English but visit BG regularly. I consider myself a property finder and I help as many people as I can in Bulgaria to find property and let them know the ropes, not tittle tattle but the real thing. done it many times, also help people find lost documents, deeds, etc., show them how to do things and how to get help from the right correct people in Bulgaria, I know the ropes, I'm looking for good builders that won't make rip off prices, but they have to be good, I've a few properties to renovate for people, not many builders I've met there are much good, if you want contact me on my email, I know you would be happy and secure plus, good luck Joyce roseproperty@aol.com

I have been reading a few horror stories on this site. Why on earth did you people hand over cash up front to a builder that's madness.

I am a bricklayer by trade and I am looking to relocate to Bulgaria in the near future. I have over twenty three years work experience working in construction. I can multi task in most construction trades such as joinery, landscaping, tiling, floor laying, painting and decorating etc a good all-rounder. I have no problems reading building plans and working out material costs with in a budget. I would willing work on a paid weekly labour only basis once a price is agreed for each project or task. I have vast experience working in property development and have fantastic supervising skills. I can project manage teams of construction workers on any project from inception to completion.Accommodation would have to be supplied.

Dear Ian, in my opinion it will be better if you buy a car in Bulgaria, having on mind that the steering-wheel is on the left side in Bulgaria. If you haven't bought a house yet contact Paul at managebg@gmail.com. Even for a chat he can be very helpful.Good luck, Lyn

Hellomy name is Andrea and along with my partner Dave, we are hoping to purchase a house in or around the Varna region with regard to renovating it and then moving permanently to Bulgaria within a couple of years. We do not know anyone in this region but would love to get to know friends there. We are hoping to visit in Sepember - would be fantastic if anyone could offer any advice especially with regard to the buying process and finding an english speaking solicitor in the area? Kind regards Andrea & Dave

Hello.I've just arrived from Bulgaria after 15 days around the country by car (Sofia, Plovdiv, Veliko, Borovets, Varna, ...). It's the second time I visit Bulgaria and now I have more idea about the country not only for the sea cost (first time I visited Varna and the sea coast). I can help you with your questions about this very nice (and really cheaper) country. I have some apartments in St.Konstantin & Elena (close to Varna and metres to the beach). They are from 2009 built. I have also contacts if you are considering to move to Varna or other city of Bulgaria (bulgarian people, real estates, ...). Good luck with your searching. chegernesto@hotmail.com

Hi i'm a builder from Nothern Ireland and i'm thinking of moving to Bulgaria. I've run my own small business here for 19yrs an i'm sick of all the red tape here for anyone trying to better themselves. I want to stay selfemployed in the building trade and have lots of references and pictures of jobs i've done. I'm a joiner, builder and plasterer, i also do electrical and plumbing though i did not serve my time to these two trades. I take great pride in my work and like to build new or renovate properties from start to finish including floor and wall tiling and even patio's, decking etc Can anyone advise me, the best part of Bulgaria to start looking for a property? I would like a good size house, with at least 7000m2 of land in the countryside, but close enough to a large town/cite with plenty of english speaking people buying properties. I, m a hard worker, pleasant, and like to talk people through the work, they plan to do, no matter how large or small the job may be. I hope to move to the warmer part of Bulgaria, but need advise as to which part this is, and within 90km of the sea, and airport. • Page 1 (Original Post) • Page 2 • Page 3 • Page 4 • Page 5 • Page 6 (Newest Replies) •
