Hi there, could someone out there tell us if it would be cheaper to buy a rural property in Bulgaria and renovate it or if it would be cheaper to buy the land and build our own, sorry but we are new to this and any help would be appreciated

It is cheaper to bay a property and renovate it then to build a new one but depends of the renovations needed
