selling due to the fact we have got to many its a 2/3 bed villa type house , exteral staircase type upon a large enclosed corner plot in the village of ruptsi 40 mins from pleven . it needs abit of doing up but hey !! its got a kitchen & inside toliet%a shower of sorts .it has benifits such as in a quite spot &telephoneas well as all mains are conected .we are building surveyors as well as builders , so we know it would cost approx £3500 to do this place up (the old ower is still residing in it upon our request)so its livable .theres an out building (small) but would make an ideal outside kitchen etc .ok it needs a new roof thats a must the rest just tart up what more can i say ? i have been honestthe price is £5500 or a part exchange (what have you got )i have been honest so think about it
