Not sure that several pages written by travel bug and nikki and birding tourism when you can get all this on there sights is quite good journalism and still took me more than forty mins to download, wont bother again especially when most of the time I get stuff like my little photo diary - what a nerve
Reply #7 Debbie (212.21.136.74) -
Jain, this logs your I.P address and everyone can see that its you, so why bother hiding behind names like "susmolyan." Please leave our mag alone, if you have any questions or queries that I can help you with please don't hesitate to contact me. Also your computer might have some sort of problem if it takes you 40 minutes to download 8MB - as everyone else can download in about 5 mins?? Best Regards, Debbie

for a "bumper" issue (of, what 50 pages????? only) this is the usual poor quality you would expect read from a 16 year old who has never to live in the real world like us adults who are choosing to buy overseas, move abroad.....for an alternative you can try Quest Bulgaria magazine where you can download for free a proper independent monthly independent magazine of over 76 pages every month with probing articles and responses about Bulgarian property and all your Bulgarian needs

I would also like to recommend Vagabond magazine www.vagabond-bg.com (the first and only high-end English magazine) and The Sofia Echo's magazine - PropertyWise www. propertywisebulgaria .com (a great English mag that will tell you all you need to know about property!) There is also the Black Sea Gazette (which you can also download as a free PDF) gazette. blackseaproperty .biz/ To quote another english mag, "It's all been worthwhile and ***** ******** is helping thousands of people.” I hope that these above magazine links will be helpful to thousands more people! :o)

You really have to stoop low to slag off a competitor who quite clearly has a much better publication, and to do so using Mickey mouse user names, is typical, and really says a lot about Quest and people behind it.Domino

Hi Debbie, thanks for the new year wishes.Great to see our quote which you've incorrectly put as, "to quote another english mag, "It's all been worthwhile and ***** ******** is helping thousands of people.” which actually is our quote - if you count the asterisks you'll see it is Quest Bulgaria: and it's in an exclusive interview, which can be found on many sites these days, quoting us as independent experts and source - thanks! Hello Domino No, we're not "stooping low" - just pointing out that a pdf of so few pages is incredibly easy to do and cheap and not that informative, that's all. Propertywise - well yes, if you are a big investor with millions. Vagabond, well yes again if you want gloss from those who publish Playboy magazine. But what about all us ordinary mortals... that's who we are aiming at, us normal bunch who just want a decent place to live without it costing us all a fortune. It is true to say we were the first and original helping people to understand more about Bulgaria, property, legal, financial, living here... and have been publishing for more than two years now in Bulgaria, plus living and working here, my father was Hungarian and my husband visiting Bulgaria since 84... so think we know the ups and downs, pros and cons, ins and outs of really truly living in BG and eastern europe (even though we are part of the EU these days)! Thanks for all your good wishes Catch you soon Quest Bulgaria Magazine -- copied but never matched --

You are so right you weren't "stooping low" by slagging off a young persons best efforts in trying to help promote the beautiful country that is Bulgaria! As for not informative... mmm... so learning about Bulgarian customs such as weddings, how they celebrate Xmas and Bulgarian monuments like the Rila Monastery isn't informative...! Or about a top class veternarian surgeon where you can take your dogs.. What is it then?? And if that isn't informative what are our booklets...totally free, ... just info...language lessons etc. A large majority of our articles are contributed by Bulgarians and Bulgarian companies - so they MUST know what they are talking about and all the ins and outs of BG! Also I have lived here 3 years - I dont claim to be an expert, I just want to help people as much as I can. Really if my mag was so bad... why would such an "independent expert" mag like yourself pay any attention to little ol' me at all??!
Reply #19 Quest Bulgaria from Sofia, Bulgaria (Contact Member) -
ooooh, a bit aggressive and unnecessarily so...we've done weddings, christmas, easter, rila, vets, etc... in fact pretty much everything you have "covered" way before yourselves. Most of your articles are not written by Bulgarians as you claim - after all, it does not take a scientist to work that out as each is given a form of credit. You worked for us on a part time basis, sticking stamps on envelopes, etc... then you stole our database, our mobile phone, and even tried to hack into our site at root level by pretending you were us...... stooping low, well that was certainly it! Your booklets are no more than a rerun of your pdf's.. and the lingo pages... well, what can we say with cutout pics of barbie dolls clothes... If cutout barby stuff, photos of bugs found in your bedroom is informative, well lord help us all. We get really fed up with you pretending to be a journalist and photographer, stealing from us, spamming our customers with endless emails and then moaning that people are treating you wrong - what are you moaning about? We all wish to promote this wonderful country, but it has to be done in the right way does it not through a quality publication in print and on the internet - it is only the both combined which will win the hearts and minds of everyone out there - especially when there are at least 30% of the UK homes not connected to internet, so they need something more than a little pdf All the best Quest Bulgaria Magazine --copied but never matched --
