Hi
Has anyone else been affected by the recession and needs to sell property? We have some Bulgarian property that we wanted to keep as holiday homes or rent etc but now with the economy the way it is we need to sell... but has anyone got any money to buy?!
We have the following Bulgarian property for sale (private sale): a traditional Bulgarian house in the countryside that has been renovated, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully furnished for 29, 500 GBP or nearest offer, also a forest of 6000sqm near Elena & Veliko Tarnovo for 3500 GBP, and a Bulgarian coastal property only 15 minutes from the Black Sea and Kavarna for 12, 950 or nearest offer.
