Can anyone help me.
Can my wife and myself obtain a residency visa before we actually go to live in Bulgaria.
We intend to move there on a perminant basis in May 2006 as our villa will be finished then. We are both retired and want to get everything sorted out before we move, if its possable

You just need to check out the Bulgarian embassy website, download the forms, book an appointment and go get your visa, there is a fee and a trip to London but it's fairly simple, especially if you're retired.
