Hi all, I have property in Kyustendil that needs renovating.

I need a builder etc who is able to do just about anything that is required with renovating property, i need someone who is english speaking and can communicate with me on a reqular basic.

I am also looking for someone who can also look after the property when noone is there, maintaining the gardens etc and who can also keep in touch with me via email etc, If anyone knows of anyone please could you let me know it would be of great help.

Hi Craig,

Myself (an English Teacher)& my partner a builder have been living in Bulgaria for 2 years. We have had alot of ups & downs as far as building work goes. My partner now works on his own or he has Bulgarian contacts for any specialist work eg electrics etc. He himself is a qualified plasterer but he has done small jobs to complete renovations. He can put you in touch with other people that have used him (some English) also we have photos of some of the works carried out.

Hi - I have just bought a property in the north of Bulgaria near Rousse. Ii requires virtually a complete renovation. Therefore I am keen to hear from anyone/builders to help me in this quest. I have been quoted for a new roof using the existing tiles. The floor area is aprox 50 square metres, which going through the agents builders I thought was alot of money. The rest of the property is sound but does need bathroom etc and bringing upto 21st century from dark ages.

Can anyone advise me or give me a quote for the roof
