Dude, I can't help too much if your looking for food that ORIGINATED here (in Burkina) in fact I am sure you'd get a lot of arguments over the matter, but some pretty staple dishes are:To (pronounced Toe) Riz Gras and Benga Then the best drink ever: Beesop.
