Their is two guest toilets as well as three bedroom with attached bathrooms.

On the first floor their is a smal dancefloor, which can be expanded as their is a big bedroom with attached bathroom next to it as well as a huge fully operated kitchen. Their is also a big bar with a large stock of liquer and beer, two toilets, 8 fans, 3 aircons, 4 exhausterfan and 12 tables with approx. 30 seatings.

All disco – lights, kitchen stock, bar stock and furnitures on both levels are included in the price.

On the main building their is a smal office building attached, which is being used and operated by a Internet service provider. The lease on this office part is for 2,5 years and the rent is $ 250/month.

The lease for the nightclub is for 4 years and can whitout any doubts be extend.

The monthly rent is only 400 dollars until june 2006 and 500 dollars until the end of the contract.
