I'll be in Cambodia at the end of July.

I have extensive experience in running nightclubs and bars in London as well as a hotel and cruiseship background, both 5* and mainstream.

I'm interested with working with someone who's already established and who is looking for a hands on partner.

The government occasionally sticks their noses into the scene as evidenced by a ban a few years ago on discotheques and karaoke club for some reason.

The word lately, however, is that the citizens are up to their old racial profiling tricks and "foreigners" are starting to feel a bit unwelcome. Unless you have a strong reason to be in Cambodia, I would search for friendlier skies.

Doing business in Cambodia is easy and can be done on a cheap start.

Beware of over priced rent and over priced business for sale though.

The profits are not going to be good so you need to save on rents, the tax men will always be on your back and want silly tax payments so you need to be strong and put your foot down with them.

The electicity is also expensive for this part of the world, the locals will thibk you are rich and ask for sky high rent, always do your home work and ask expats what rent they are paying, most will help you with information.

Beware of expats who have lived in Cambodia for 7 years plus as they usually are unhelpful and do not like new business taking the cream from them.

This country is open for business, get in quick before the barriers come down.
