Cameroon - Business MONKEYS FOR SALE ANON (198.54.202.242) -
Is the monkey sale business in Cameroon legitimate or is it a scam? How do they get around the "quarantine" issue - they promise to have the monkey at your door within 9 hours???? Trackbacks

If you could submit some of their correspondence to our staff, we could look into it. It's very difficult to evaluate without any documentation. Our services are anonymous and always free.www.fraudwatchers.org

You might also call the Embassy of the Country in question in the United States. Besides the "scam" issue quesiton, there might be other legal issues involved.
Bart's suggestion is very good. A country's respective embassy would be a solid source of accurate information. Also, just the fact that they offer to contravene the quarantine issue points to a scam. They probably will ask for payment by untraceable Western Union which is another alarm.Poirot www.fraudwatchers.org

Another question is whether it is an international transaction?Ie: are they supposedly delivering a monkey across an international boarder within 9 hours! ie: is the monkey coming from Cameroon to some other country or some other country to Cameroon or just staying in Cameroon? Are you in a country where monkeys are normally kept as pets? Do you have enough knowledge of your place of residence to know whether keeping a monkey is shady business or not? If it is just staying in Cameroon, why not go to a "pet store" and buy one? Of course if the answer to that is that you can't... well... then you probably have your answer! If it is being transported across an international boarder and will be at your door in 9 hours... get real! You can't usually get a letter delivered that fast!

i have been trying to get a monkey for my husband for a while now.you would not beleive the response i got,i have had 50 people from cameroon to contact me,they even call me by phone.if you want to know if it is a scam just ask for cash on delivery no up front cost.cash on delivery to your door, when you do that they won't call or bother you again.thats how you know a scam.

i thinks all africans are scammers.i would advise you to send money only to a person in a developed country like germany ,england or france.africans are poor and will do any thing to make money.the advantage with developed countries is that the justice system is efficient and the police are not corrupt like in cameroon and nigeria.i lost $3000 in trying to get a monkey from a certain rev joseph in cameroon who claimed to be a man of God.I finally decided to try buying from england and thank God i contacted Mr Blaise who is a reliable breeder and he help ship my monkey to me with all paper work.Up till now i still serve as his reference here in USA.The good thing with him is that he accepts half payment and then you send the rest of the money when you get your monkey. His email is blaise435@http://hotmail.com and we have now have a wonderful relationship. So my advise to you all is DO NOT BUY PETS FROM AFRICA.

we almost got scammed by 2 different individuals in cameroon jessica watson with a 6 month old capuchin monkey named betty and a father francis with a 5 month old baby capuchin monkey named jesse. they went down as low as 200.00 for shipping and promised her here within 7 hours and told us we would have to sign a form when she was delivered. we caught on before we sent any money.

although we thought we almost got scammed we actually did. they agreed that we could put the money on the wire but have a pass word so no one could pick up the money untill we received the baby monkey oops we were wrong even with a pass word these bastards can still get your money all they need is a photo id then they dont need a conformation number or have to give the pass word u choose the western union over there is working with them as far as we are concerned because they didnt make him give a pass word. if you want a bay monkey call cheryll ullrich at 319 385 4866 they let you come to there home and see what you are buying before any money changes hands. they have a web sight called www.unusualmonkeys.com. do not deal with any one from cameroon or any one from all saints church they are working with air france cameroon.

I was also told i could have a monkey and pay Securely using Western Union Online. It is true, because i made payment online , and used a credit card , and sent to Cameroon , there is no such thing as a "Secret Question or Answer" . All they need is Photo ID and your money is gone. One common thing they like asking you to do is for you to send the money , and let them verify it online , then they leave the Computer once they see the money is in the processing state , then go pick your money up. They only need the Senders 1st and last name and the Receivers 1st and last name. Then your sitting there wondering why you havent gotten a monkey Often you will get an email from what seems to be an Airline Agencey. Is it real? It sure looks real. Thats because these people are pros. Do this.... Right click the email itself and click on Properties.... now look at the Actual email address instead of the header.... is it a Yahoo email address? If so , you have been scammed or are being scammed. What airline cannot afford a real Email Address? Think about that! I can send you a picture if Michael Jordan humping a monkey , on a tuesday , in the middle of the whitehouse , doesnt mean it is true or real! Motto : If it is too good to be true , it probrobly is!

I refuse to let you trash these good peoples name here in Cameroon.....By the way , wanna buy a monkey?*LoL* Yes it is true, Jessica Watson and Tebid Beryl Tebid tried selling me monkeys along with 50 other people. I had emails from priest , Doctors , Lawyers , Missionarys , You name it , i got it. Everyone of them wanted money 1st! Hello... Who in their right mind would send money first? Would you buy a car even at a great deal without test driving it? What about a pair of Shoes , Would you buy a pair of shoes without first trying them on? They will send you pretty pictures of monkeys and emails from Supposed Airlines or Airports saying you will get a monkey and its on the way. Hell it will look great , the email that is. Writen in French FIRST then English. You will have a Parcel ID Number and maybe a Tracking Number , but notice , there is no website to track from. Also notice that the guy you are buying from sounds alot like the guy in Cameroon , aven though hes supposed to be stationed in France . Anyways , Screw Cameroon and thier monkeys. As good as i am , they got $200 off me telling me that the sender sent the monkey to the Airport and there is no Shot/Worm records. And that they must be faxed over to them and for me to contact the sender immediatly. Why didnt they contact the sender? Surely the sender of a Live Monkey isnt just going to walk into an Airport , hand them their monkey , pay for a flight , and walk away without leaving a conatc number. Anyways , i was told by the sender that she spent all her money on shipping the monkey and was pregnant , and her husband was gone at work , and all she needed was $194 to get the correct stamped paperwork she needed. I fell for it cause my wife wanted this Dayum Monkey so bad. Guess what... We never got it. Here is a few email addresses to watch out for... Scam Artist Email Addresses: I know they seem very convincing, however ask about references , but careful ,Hell i can own 60 different email addresses or i can give you all my friends names and emails , they can tell you great stuff abou tme and i may be a crook for all you know. You just dont know , so why send money? We all want a monkey , however just do a little research. You will not get a Monkey , Frech Bulldog , Chuahuah , Terrier , OR any other type of animal if you send money 1st.

Let's say that someone from Cameroon actually (yeah that is a joke)... put a monkey on an airplane for someone in the USA.What happens next? The U.S. Customs Service will be the first to greet the Monkey upon his arrival in the United States... And.. guess what! You ain't gonna get that monkey (and if you are lucky you won't get any free room and board either). This is what the U.S. Customs Service says about Monkeys (click on the link to read the full pdf): --- Monkeys and other primates may be brought intoo the United States for scientific, educational, or exhibition purposes by importers who ARE REGISTERED WITH the CDC. However, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY THEY BE IMPORTED AS PETS.... The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) requires that all primates have permits. --- So even though you are being ripped off and there is no monkey, if there was you wouldn't get it anyway!

I recently got scammed by 2 people in Cameroon stating they was going to sale me a Monkey and guess what , i never seen any monkey and lost Hundreds of Dollars. They told me to send the money first and they would put the monkey on an Airline and have it shipped to me. They used fake Airline Emails and Fake Airline Telephone numbers. I didnt totally fall for it as far as the money goes as they asked $1900 of me , and i told them no way would i send the the full amount without seeing the monkeys first. They asked me to send them a copy of my Drivers License so they knew i was legit and wasnt wasting their time. I thought , what could they do with a copy of my drivers license? A paper copy at that. So i sent them a copy. Next thing they asked me to send aany amount of money , prefered $500 as good faith money... now i am not likeing the deal. They went as low as a cuple hundred dollars so i sent the money via western union and they picked it up . Now they used a fake Airline saying they have a monkey onboard for me and they are confirming the address. I cconfirmed my address and was thinking maybe they were legit. Guess what. The monkeys never came. After they confirmed my address , i got a message from Tebid and Jessica stating since i know that the monkeys are now onboard , to pay them immediatly. I dint. I wanted to wait till i seen the monkeys for myself. When i kept refusing , they got upset very badly. They started threatening me and saying they was going to call the FBI cause i was trying to scam them . Imagine that , Scammers claiming to be Scammed. I scamed noone. I was protecting my inveastment. Then the used the names... jessipets1990 and btebidson both Yahoo email and messenger names. That's why it's so important to publicize about these scams, on forums such as this one as well as on anti-scam web sites such as www.fraudwatchers.org and www.scampatrol.org and others. The volunteers on those site work very hard trying to stamp out this type of advance fee frauds, also know as 419 scam.I suggest you put your energy into joining one of those sites and posting your experience in their forums. Educating the public about these cockroaches is the most efficient prevention at the moment. Also, anyone who has been scammed by these parasite should lodge a formal complaint with the Cameroon embassy in your country. ======= Embassy of Cameroon in the U.S.A. 2349 Massachusetts Avenue NW Washington DC 20008 Tel. Hey guys! I am so glad that I found this site. I have been trying to find an english bulldog and all I get are these fake hits from people in Cameroon. It's sickening every time I receive an email from them. I just write back saying that I am very sorry, but I won't be purchasing anything from them. I let them know that we are publishing more and more info on them so their time is running out. Eventually they will get caught. Just remember, don't send people money when you don't even have a product. School fundraisers aren't even like that anymore. Come on, this is 2006 people are not as nice as we would all like to think. Protect yourselves. Leave this to the authorities. These people are criminals, so don't underestimate them. They are that stupid to go and do something irrational. Here is a tip they are not from the US. If they email can hardly be read becuase they can't spell or have ridiculous grammer, it's probably not an American living in Cameroon. I wish all of you trying to prosecute good luck.

Do not beware of any email address. It takes all of 30 seconds to get a new one on yahoo.Beware of doing any business with anyone that requires payment by Western Union. Beware of doing any business where you need to send fees or return part of an "overpayment". Beware of buying monkeys as you cannot import them into the United States (just think about the U.S. Customs Service hauling you off to jail if someone actually sent a monkey -- don't worry too much because there aren't any monkeys being sent).

The why is easy. Many of these people live in countries where $700 or $1000 represents a very large amount of money. If you can sit back and send emails all day and once a month or more you get someone to send that much money by western union you will probably be living on the rich side of town. What's the risk? The Nigerian Embassy in a commentary on a advance fee scam (follow link for the whole article).. says: "The CBN and indeed, the Federal Government of Nigeria cannot and should not be held responsible for bogus and shady deals transacted with criminal intentions." and "YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED AGAIN!!". Those scams target people's "greed" so maybe just "warning" people is sufficient. What the article fails to talk about is what the Nigerian government is doing to catch and/or prosecute the criminals. With these animals frauds, no one's "greed" is be targeted, only their legitimate desire for a pet. While people need to be warned of these frauds, the governments of the countries that host the criminals also need an active program to stop the criminals. I don't think anyone would accept the police simply saying "we warned you" in response to criminal activities they ignored in the USA.

i was just recently scammed by not only one person but three individuals...i was looking for a baby capuchin monkey and a man was emailing me telling me that he was trying to sell his lil baby luci his email address was lucineedsnewhome@yahoo.com i talked back and forth with him on shipping details, he said that he needing $330.00, $100.00 for adoption fees and $230.00 for shipping. we agreed on 150.00 and then when she arrived i'd send the rest, well the only way he would accept the money was by western union after he had recived the 150.00 i got an email from air france telling me that they had a white faced capuchin monkey and the only way they'll ship her was if we sent 250.00 for security purposes well it didn't end there. i got another email telling me that she was shipped to belgium and i needed to send another 200 i refused and then the so called manager of cameroon airlines lowered it to 150 well after he recieved the money he never got back to me on what was going on with my monkey, wouldn't answer any of my emails or calls and now i have three phone numbers hundreds of money gone and no monkey so if you ever come accross the following names trying to sell you a monkey its a scam. Ambe Neba, Benard Porquet, and Tita Conrad Chainp!!!!

Remember its not the names or the emails, it's:1) you can't import monkeys. and MOST IMPORTANTLY 2) most anything you pay for with Western Union is a scam.

I have been scammed by someone in London, England. The email address is craiglifton2000@yahoo.co.uk. The name he uses is Craig Jones or Craig Lifton Jones. The name he uses for Western Union is CHENG AMBO. I sent the money to England and it was picked up then I was asked to send more. Stupid me I did it but then the called and asked me to change the location to Cammeroon. Instead I just cancelled the transaction. Of course he knew nothing about the phone call I recieved. But he refused to return the rest of my money. After several emails he finally said he is just trying to get back the money americans steel from people in Africa. Please do not attempt to buy from anyone overseas. I wish I would have done my research before. But you cannot bring a monkey into the USA as a pet from another country. Also beware of buying in the USA. I believe they have people here working for them also.

Uncluding the email wanting the money for the certificate for the quarintine. He told me "Cheryl" was being held in France and if I didn't send the money she would be sent to a zoo. If you can provide me with a way to send you all info I have I would love to do so.

Jessica Watson and Tebid Beryl Tebid are supposidly brother and sister. When i called him back , he laughed at me saying he got my money and that he was going to give all my money to a lady in NYC that was a 9-11 victum. Knowing it isnt true , i wondered how he could even mention such a thing. Take from one person making them a Victum and giving to another Victum. I guess he wanted me to think he was a Modern Day ROBINHOOD! Also NEVER , NEVER NEVER be as foolish as i was to send them a copy of your Drivers License or ID as this is how they keep using different names and using those names to collect money. Sure they can just think up another , but it looks alot more legitimate when they send the person they plan on scamming a copy of YOUR drivers license! Makes them look very legit regaurdless of what has been said or done. I was stupid enough to do this as he told me he needed proof of whom i was so he wasnt just wasting his money on an Airplane Ticket to ship his monkey to someone with a Foney Addres. I thought , what can he do with a Scanned Copy of my License. ALOT. Hind-sight is 20/20. I screwed myself. I emailed my Attorney General and the Secret Service and explained everything , needless to say i ddint get a response back.Do not believe these people as you have been warned time and time again. You can NOT get a monkey from Cameroon or anywhere else for that matter outside of the US with ANYTYPE of paperwork for a pet. It will NOT happen! They will use several different Airports and seem so legit. The airports i know they supposedly use and send emails from are below.... Paris International Airport Daoula International Airport Cam Air Daoula Cam Air France Daoula Reginal Airport and any other one they think of. These people boil my blood. And they wonder why so many Americans are Steriotypical when it comes to forgieners. Take one Damn good guess! Well if you needed that money so bad you had to steal it from me , i guess you needed it worser than i did. This old world spins around , so what you dish-out , will come back to you one day and i just hope i live long enough to hear of it. To the paralegal that had one arrested , i am not sure if that story is true or not. Reasoning behind it , is that if your infact telling the truth , why so many mistakes in your grammar. I mean your a Paralegal for God sake! Maybe just tired. Also if you did infact get one busted , i hope to GOD it was the one that goes my Jessica Watson or Tebid Beryl Tebid. Lord have mercy on those 2. To everyone else , please be careful , do a little research. Thanks to all of you that decided to start this thread , too bad it was a little late for me. The damage was already done before i found it. Thanks to all of yall and have a Merry Christmas from North Carolina. James

Hey all, It really breaks my heart ( I am a Cameroonian) to read all these lines of people scammed. It is very easy to fall for scams, looking at it from outside it may seem like these victims are foolish ... no no far from that. These are people who trust and who have known trust, and who probably believe in a sane society. It is very easy for these persons to be busted by the law ... but where is the law ... in a country where 90% of power and money is in the hands of 2% of corrupt persons. No one gives a damn, your governments dont care because they are playing ball with these corrupt leaders and occassionally they do like they care. They are these same corrupt leaders who organize these scams and hide the persons. It is not an excuse that a govvernment should ignore crime because the victimds were not vigilant. We all need to rise against corruption in Africa. I am ashamed of what has become of Cameroon ... the cradle of our fathers ... and I will never forgive our fathers who let this mess cook. As long as the law is corrupt in CAmeroon, these people will keep scamming, with new tricks on new people. I know all of you guys are hurt and bitter, but the way forward is to keep fighting, keep talking against all forms of corruption in Cameroon, to anyone at anytime ... above all do not be prejudiced against Cameroonian majority of us are still godd though oppressed people. The problem in the international world is the actions of those few scamsters in Cameroon (and Nigera) ruin the reputation for all people of Cameroon in the eyes fo the world. With the government of Cameroon allowing such fraud to be perpetrated from their country will prevent the development of Cameroon in the world or internet marketplaces. They have simply put a halt to the advancement of their country. Certainly the majority of the people of Cameroon are good people, yet the few are making sure the world won't see them.

IF ANYONE OUT THERE IS ALSO LOOKING TO BUY A MACAW, THEN WATCH OUT FOR SCAMS IN CAMEROON AS WELL. I WAS SCAMED OUT OF NEARLY $1200.00. I WAS LOOKING TO PURCHASE A BLUE AND GOLD MACAW FOR MY GIRLFRIEND FOR HER BIRTHDAY. I MET A WOMEN FROM CAMEROON NAMED ANN MARIE. SHE CLAIMED THAT SHE COULD NO LONGER TAKE CARE OF THE BIRD AND WANTED IT TO GO TO A GOOD HOME AND NOT TO THE LOCAL ZOO. SHE CLAIMED THAT THE LOCAL ZOOS IN CAMEROON MISTREATED THE ANIMALS. I TALKED TO HER ONLINE AND EXCHANGED PHONE CALLS WITH THIS WOMEN FOR ABOUT A MONTH BEFORE SENDING HER ANY MONEY.SHE WAS VERY CONVINCING.ANYWAYS SHE ASKED FOR $500.00 THE SHIPING COSTS. I RECIVED AN EMAIL AND A PHONE NUMBER FROM A FAKE AIRLINE CLAIMING TO BE IN PARIS FRANCE. THEY SAID THE BIRD HAD ARRIVED BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PURCHASE A HUMIDITY CARGO CRATE IN ORDER TO SHIP THE BIRD FROM PARIS TO THE UNITED STATES.AFTER I SENT THE $200.00 FOR THAT I RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL SAYING THAT THE AIRLINES HAD SENT THE BIRD BACK TO CAMEROON TO QUARINTINE AND THAT I WAOULD HAVE TO SEND ANOTHER$500.00 TO PAY FOR THE QUARINTINE COSTS. LIKE A DUMBASS I SENT THE ALL THE MONEY WESTERN UNION AND OF COURSE THEIR IS NO WAY TO TRACE IT. NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY PET BIRD. I GUESS ITS A GOOD THING THAT I AM NOT HOLDING MY BREATH. THE BAD THING ABOUT THIS SCAM IS THAT IT SEEMED SO CONVINCING. SHE SENT ME DOZENS OF PICTURES OF THE BIRD. WHEN WE TALKED OVER THE PHONE YOU COULD EVEN HEAR THE BIRD TALKING AND SQUAKING IN THE BACKGROUND. BECAREFULL PEOPLE, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS AND WILL GO TO GREAT LINKS TO GET YOU TO BELIVE THEM AND SEND THEM MONEY. I AGREE WITH THE ABOVE STATEMENT WHOLE HEARTEDLY NOTHING GOOD IS GOING TO COME FROM CAMEROON.IF YOU PLAN ON SENDING MONEY OVER THERE, YOU MIGHT AS WELL THROW YOUR MONEY ON THE GROUND AND SET FIRE TO IT.YOUR PROBABLY BETTER OFF, AT LEAST YOU CAN SEE WHERE YOUR MONEY WENT. IN SHORT IM GONNA END THIS BY SAYING SCREW YOU CAMEROON, I HOPE ALL OF YOU SCAM ARTISTS OVER THERE STEALING HARD WORKING PEOPLES MONEY DIE A HORRIBLE PAINFULL AIDS FILLED DEATH.

There are no pets, be it animals, birds or reptiles exported from Cameroon, NONE, only "pretend" pets. These thieves don't have any pets, and they will ask you to pay various fees for nothing. Do a Google search of.... cameroon pet export you'll see hundreds if not thousands of examples. and for God's sake, don't ever use Western Union or Money Gram to transfer money to a stranger.

So, if you see advert's with monkeys for sale out of the United States... Forget it!

I was just recently scammed by a man named Jason Brown in Cameroon. He used the web address jasonbrown_50@yahoo.com. He answered my add at terrificpet.com. I was looking for a black male pug, and he so happened to have one. He said he had moved to Cameroon from the USA, and the dog could not with stand the heat. When I e-mailed him back, and asked him how much he wanted for the dog, he said nothing just $110 for the shipping. He got my full address and told me that as soon as I sent him the money via western Union, he would take the dog to the airport. I refused and told him that I would have to pay the airport not him directly. The next business day, people from Cameroon, supposedly the shipping agency was calling me woundering why I hadn't responded to there e-mails. I said that I didn't recieve it, but I would watch for another one. Well I got the e-mail. The address was airfrance_airlines . It had the airfrance airlines letter head, and it all seemed real. They said that I needed to go to my nearest Western Union and send them the $110 shipping charge, and they would ship my pug out first thing. So dumby me went to my nearest Western Union and sent them the money. The test question was:Where do you live?Answer was: Here I finally heard back from them a few hours later, saying that they didn't realize that the sender hadn't paid for insurance. The insurance was fully refundable upon delivery. The charge was as additional $95, and when they talked to Jason Brown he said that I would take care of it. This was my first red flag, since I didn't realize their were so many others. I told them to forget it that I wanted my money back and that I would be turning them into the proper authorities. I have not heard back from them since. Oh yeah the name I sent the money to via Western Union was:Atoh Philip Taku Watch out for these people. Sherry

I need to know if anyone has been scammed by a man from Cameroon with monkeys for sale. He is from Victoria, Cameroon and his name is, NDIFOR CLAUDE NDIFOR. I was going to buy this monkey from him, and then i started reading up on the scams and now i dont know. I have always wanted a monkey and he was going to give me a good price. Someone please let me know if you know anything. E-mail me at flipflop1715@yahoo.com. Thanks!
Reply #73 Bubba from deep in your mind -
It is not the names or emails. You simply cannot buy a monkey from Cameroon or anywhere else for that matter. If you buy a "pet" and pay for it with Western Union you are not going to get an animal. You may get excuses, problems and urugent needs to send more money. You will never see a furry creature or your money again. If someone were to actually send you a monkey you would be arrested by the U.S. Customs Service when it arrived in the USA.

These people are not stupid, they newest addition to the scam is adding a great amount of detail. Wardrobe for the monkeys and mention of the monkey only going to a good home. But notice they never ask any questions about you or the home you will provide for the monkeys.Customs in Canada clearly states that import of monkeys for any reason is prohibited. Do not fall for this scam no matter how honest the emails appear. They have had plenty of practice and are very good at scamming.

Hi, I have been dealing with a guy from Durban and he said that I must first pay $50 to his vet who was on a course or something in Cameroon for him to transfer the monkey to my name. He asked for all my details and pics were event sent to me. The guy in Durban's name is Richel and the guy in Cameroon is Isidore Forsuh. Has anyone used any of them as I am too scared to transfer any money without seeing the monkey first. The monkey's name is Becky.
Reply #76 Bubba from deep in your mind -
Uh! Didn't you read anything here??? It is all a scam. You'll be lucky if $50 is all you lose.

There are no monkeys. There are no import permits (for the USA). You cannot import a monkey to the United States no matter what. You cannot get a permit. Someone from Scotland or Africa cannot send you a permit.Call the U.S. Customs Service FIRST.

I read these posts and could not help but laugh...heres few points1) average income of thoses living in Cameroon is <1000$ a year, that should say it all....they would do anything to make extra cash....that like you doing a scam for 50 k and knowing you will get a way with it...a lot of people will be doing it 2) you can't import monkeys to the US, they even are trying to stop them for research. What are you expecting? somone to knock on your door with a monkey in a box? get real.. 3) western union is simlar to money order same as cash. Would you give somone in the US cash without knowing them? excatly, get real..its common sense. If you are not sure about something..or it sounds too good to be true go to www.google.com search for the topic and you will see thousands of items related to it just like this board.

I just found an ad for two baby capuchin monkeys. when i emailed this person they turned out to be from Douala, Cameroon. Her name is Neola Prat. I have been emailing her asking her questions and i found it kind of tricky seeing as how it would be impossible to own a monkey as a pet, here in California-- Neola Prat [neolaprat@yahoo.com] wrote: > Hello > Thanks for the mail okay, Yes they are still > available, i do have a male and a female so all i > need is a good caring and lovely home that will give > them much > love and care. so if you will do, all you will have > to take care > of will be for the shipping cost of the Monkeys to > your location > which is going to cost $240, they will be coming > from Cameroon where i am located and How soon do > you want this > Monkeys? get back to me with the below informations. I'm not falling for this! so just to warn anyone out there of this Neola Prat. she's up to no good.

I dont really care what anyone think about the ppl in cameroon, ALL there are doing is trying to get you to send money over there and then you not going to get anything. Its all a big scam. Trust me I sent like 800$ over there and thank god the westren union ppl knew it was a scam and didnt let all the tansaction go throw, So I did get some of my money back. These ppl went as far as to make up fake website acting like a airport and put its shipping time and everything. The women even told me she was only selling the monkey so she could send the money to a charity. But in the end if you talk to someone who really dose sell monkey or talk to the local government you will find out that reguardless of the fact that the monkey has been vet check and has paper it is still illeagul to ship monkeys on airplane unless it has been aproved by the government and they only do that if its going to a zoo.

Can someone please give me someone to contact to buy a 'real' monkey. I live in virginia and would like to be able to met them but it is not a must. I am not really interested in dealing with ANYONE in camroon even if they 'are ligit'. Please help me find a monkey.
Reply #95 Bubba from deep in your mind - Thu Jul 3 01:57:50 2008
Your "first" problem is that you cannot under any condition import a monkey... so you'll need to do what everyone that wants a pet SHOULD do and that is see your pet first and take it home with you.A better idea would be to visit your local zoo when you want to see monkeys.
