i have been trying to buy a capuchin monkey i am located in the uk! for about a month now i have been emailing this 1 person they claimed he was a rev and his wife a christian and to be trusted, they sent pictures of NINA AND RAY only the name's of the photo's was-

ray- crawling

nina- 20% boy

im really not as stupid as a luck they didnt want me to transfer money though that's what made me trust a little there intension's was pay at 8.00 and recieve the baby monkey at 12.00 THIS PAYMENT WAS TO BE RECIEVED AT MY DOOR, they claimed they were in manchester origanally the ad said buyer could collect! When i said i could travel to collect they said they were very busy and not able to welcome any1 into there home, so i went along with it and then they said the baby will be delivered this friday which would have been today this morning, i asked for the name, address and telephone number of the delivery agency they were using they emailed back and said CAM AIR PETS DELIVERY AGENCY i then googled this and the only thing that come up for that search was - SCAM, SCAMMER'S NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! so i kindly asked the delivery agency be changed to one with a better reputation, they agreed and then said no sorry this is what we trust! so i said im sorry cash on delivery only they said cash before delivery i then asked how this baby monkey was traverling? they replyed the baby monkey is to be flyed HELLO WHY WOULD YOU FLY A MONKEY THAT WOULD BE EASYIER SAFER AND CHEAPER TO TRAVEL BY ROAD????? and c'mon leeds from manchester, , , i'd walk it! now i get abuse i just lauf and dont bother, they blame this on repaying us for what we did to there fore father's and i am not a racist BUT i never did nothing to there fore father's or them for that matter DIFFRENT GENERATION you can tell em a mile away they cant spell and always add ok to everything they write like i have 2 monkey ok. they are female and male ok.

you think about how they live in a place where they work 6-7 hours a day for pennies or just to live.

im not saying its right, i would turn them in a minute, i would also prosecute whoever it is if i could, but i cant.

i wish i could help you all get your money back, but i also wish i could give the people in africa money so they wouldnt do this.

I have dealt with customs and other countries I am know investigating and have tracked many schemers. The USA does not allow primates to inter from other countries period. So don't get scammed.There are no $500 or even $1000 monkeys.

i have been contact as others have on this page promising the earth, here is the reply i got from my scammer when i told him it was ilegal to import a monkey into the country this is just one of 6 emails i have from this person --

i am very impress with what you have just told me infect i was expecting that from you but i will like you to know that i ship two monkeys to one Mr Donatus Smith in UK last two weeks and he told me the same thing but on his greatest surprise the monkeys were delivered at his home without any problems .first of all i will like this to be confidential so that the government of your country will not know that the monkey is yours so that they will not put high taxes on me but i will make sure that the delivery man that will deliver the monkey to you will use the address you provided to me so that there will be no mix up. so i will like to know if you will like to have the phone number of the man in UK that i ship the two monkeys to last week so that you can call him for confirmation because i will not like this to look like i am trying to still money out of your pocket.if you are really in need of this monkey then you will have to allow me handle things my self and the greatest part of it is that you will have to trust me because trust is the only key that will make the dreams of your late mother and children come true.so just get back to me with the name of the monkey you are interested in so that i can take it to the airport for check up and confirmation then i will then tell you what to do next because i have already register a flight to England with your address and all that is left now is for you to give me that name of the monkey you want so that i can proceed with the arrangement and as soon as i am done with the arrangement, the airport will then contact you for notification so that you will then make your choice if you are going to send the money for their transportation fee to me or to the airport ,

i am not a stupid person i have looked in to having a capuchin monkey - looked in to their welfare and making sure they are well looked after and cared for, it is not a toy it is as hard as rasing any baby - they get angry, spiteful, but they are also very loving and endearing

i have purchased 2 baby chimpanzees from cameroon and the guy that i was buying them from is named moses achiri and his so called secretary tendon roger. if you want to purchase a monkey from cameroon. please dont they are nothing but scammers and there is always a reason why your not getting your monkeys. please dont be a fool like i was. well me and my husband were looking for an english bulldog and well this fool told us that he would give it for adoption and all we had to do was pay for the shipping which was $250 we paid and than till this morning he called us said we had to pay $300 and thats when we noticed something different than we looked up his name and thats when we found this website.We feel so dumb like what were we thinking well right now were trying to figure something out so we can get his ass.well i hope everybody checks before anything dont do the same mistake.

Those of you after purchasing primates deserve to be scammed. They do not make good pets and belong only in their countries of origin, in the wild.

If you want a pet stick to domesticated animals such as dogs, cats, pigs, horses.

Only the most selfish and slightly retarded or cruel person would wish to own a primate.

I sent emails to 15 different Capuchin Monkey ads, and EVERYONE of them came back stating they were either FROM Cameroon, or an American that just happens to be in Cameroon at the time.

hi everyone i am a firm believer in what goes around comes around right now i have had emails from a person so called selling monkeys from scotland but wants me to send money to her son in west africa via western union nice try!!!

i am playing along and has phoned the cameroon embassy in the uk with all her details she is meant to be getting the money today and the authorites will be waiting for her.

its about time the tables reverse dont buy monkeys off anyone unless you have them first thank you all and good luck

i met this lady on the internet so called marie forgels* i was going to buy her chimpanzee named *lisa* she was suposed to send me her after i sent her 400$ but after i western unioned the money she was supose to go to paris france airport where she was quarinted and then i got a e-mail from * air france * where they said i needed to send 600$ for insurance$ this just happened to me and i am not going to send the money it was a scam and i dout i will get my 400$ back but i tell you all now CAMEROON IS A SCAM just like every one else on here said so please dont make the same mistake i did! SCREW CAMEROON! i hope their country rotts in hell worse than it is now! i wil never make any effort to help that piss pore country!

BEWARE!

wealthscofield@yahoo.com claims to have Marmosets for free adoption, but wants you to pay for the shipping.

The "transporting" company claims to be part of IATA and change the address to where the money is to go multiple times, including to Cameroon. They want payment before the monkeys arive and refused to show any proof.

Here are the copies of emails from these scammers. I found the monkeys listed on craigslist in auburn, AL. I deleted most of the other emails that were requesting i send the money first. Here is the phone number he called from. 237-96258383. Im glad i found this email b4 i was stupid enough to fall for it. I would have never sent money b4 seeing the monkeys in person. I never really believed it... especially that they could get from camaroon to atlanta in 6 hours.

The funny thing is, when he called me i already had found this site so i knew it was a scam, but i played dumb and asked him lots of questions, then he hung up. Just be careful!

I have recently been in contact with a family who said they will ship the monkey to me (from cameroon) with their own funds if i pay them back upon revciving the monkey, ....thoughts. can they even be shipped into the us, Louisiana if it says for exibatatio purposes.
