Best I can tell all the "business" in Cameroon is getting as bad or worse than Nigeria.

In simple terms it is all designed to take your hard earned money where you get nothing in return.

Jimmy's right. Honest Nigerian businessman can no longer do international business without numerous problems because their email are being trashed by most spam/scam blocker. Nigeria is so bad that most servers found it easier to simply block their i.p. so now anyone in Nigeria, honest or not, can have his emails dumped.

The same is starting to happen to Cameroon, Benin and the Ivory Coast.

It's too bad for the honest businessman there but until they clean the crap out and throw the scammers in jail, it will only get worse.

Of course, it also means that no one should even think of doing business with those countries.
