I sent the samples now they are asking for money. How cheap are they m thinking. even the sent me a contract form in the name of CAMEROON CONTRACT ALLOTMENT BOARD.

I ve got the same 2million T-SHÝRT ORDER for Malaria Control of MOPH. I made also some samples now and ý found out that all this is just fraud.

Please be carefull everyone who deals with Central African Countries. But you have to know , that not all of the importers are ceaters. But Committe of ......... etc. orders are always cheaters.

Yep got an email as well for a supply of 2, 400 000 tshirts to churches, I would paste the so-called fake document where our contract is 'approved', they just asked me to send all my forms (invoice, company reg), 12 samples of tshirts (what the hell do they do with these t-shirts anyway? I am not sending ! I was once almost scammed by a guy called Charles Ngwueme from Togo. Guys please do your research, that's how I found out this tshirt rubbish is a scam by googling fraud websites. these ers make a lot of money from genuine business people like us who become stupid because of the amount of orders they want. TAKE MY ADVISE...THEY ARE SCAMS! I wish the african governments could do something about this, hack into their computers or something. At the moment I am playing along with these fools, i told them that I am not paying , they must pay for DHL to get the samples and must pay for the samples...I am not going to be scammed by some low life mother er with no future in front of him or her who dont want to earn a decent living like the rest of and us and have figured out any easy way to make quick cash is to de-fraud people of their businesses and savings... Yest It is a scam. a huge scam.

Everyone! There is no such department as Board of Contract Procurement in the Ministry of Public Health Cameroon.

I sent the samples, I won the contract order, I paid for the legalisation fee, foreign exchage allocation fee, Economic and Financial Crime Commission clearance fee, and now they are asking me to pay for the CEMAC clearance fee.

I am a big fool!!! hahaha.

Once you send the samples, you are their cash bank!

Once you send T-Shirt sample, they will inform you that you won the contract order and be contacted directly from MOPH (Board of Contract Procurement) and you need to hire a Cameroon attorney who represent your company, and your local agent will find you an attorney asking you to pay him 0.1% of the total value. Then, those scammers sit together sign the forged contract agrement and send them to you. As a next step you will be required to pay for the legalisation fee, which you need to pay the Ministy of Justice. It is USD 8, 800. On the same day, you will be required to pay for the foreign allocation fee for your contract funds, which is 0.2% of the total value. Once you pay for it, Economic and Financial Crime Commission will come in the middle of the way, asking you to pay for EFCC clearance fee which is USD 16, 900 and if you make a delay then they will charge you for it too. HAHAHA! Once you pay for everything they ask you to pay! As a last big ceremony they will ask you to pay for CEMAC clearance, which is 1% of the total value.

They have stamps! they have receipts!

You need to invest millions of dollars to go bankrupt!

Now I am broke! and sitting on debts.

I hope my own experience help you all.
