Barack Obama withdrew U.S. visa to some corrupt camerounian politicians

U.S. President believes that some officials are corrupt and that their bank accounts in the United States are disproportionately' ' furnished '' compared to the level of living in Cameroon.

In a note signed and sent to the Head of the Cameroonian State through the U.S. embassy in Yaounde, the Obama administration is the listing of the Cameroonian politicians banned from the USA Saturday. America justifies this decision by the results of investigations by their agents on the accounts of some Cameroonians abroad and on U.S. territory. FBI agents and CIA have found that certain politicians in Yaoundé had too many accounts ''furnished' ' in contrast with the general standard of living of the average Cameroonian. They have thus reached the conclusion it is the taxpayer's money diverted. Hence decide not to issue visas for the United States for these per sons, their wives and children. Anyone already in possession of a U.S. visa and whose names appear on this list will have these visas simply suspended.

It should be recalled that the former USA ambassador to Cameroon, Niels Marquardt had repeatedly said that the United States prohibit the entry of any person whose property in the United States are considered suspicious or ill-gotten . He had at one time, pleaded with members of Cameroon for the respect of Article 66 of the Constitution which requires any person who accesses a political office to declare their property. This law has never been applied starting with the first of Cameroonian, President Biya.

The threat has been implemented . Most recently, the current ambassador of USA in Yaounde, Janet Garvet, affirmed her support to the Cameroonian authorities in appropriate cases where they wished to repatriate assets held by some Cameroonians pinned under the operation hawk . She then stated that the U.S. secret services will provide full support.

Please find below, the list of 44 billionaires submitted by the Americans to Mr. Biya to continue the EPERVIER operation he started last March 2006. The list was published by a local newspaper called the Le Jeune Observateur and listed the billionaires in order of importance:

I also received the following email last week, and basically, this is almost the same as what others had posted here.

"Dearest Sir/Madam

My name is Mr. Benson Ogba an IT student attached with the Humanitarian and development organization for the Central African States (HDOCAS) , I graduated from the university of Yauondu Cameroon last year and I am now serving my fatherland.

I was opportune to locate your name from the net alibaba.com when I was searching for a firm to work with on a contract for the supply upto 1, 500, 000Pcs Workwear Uniform to the Humanitarian and development organization for the Central African States (HDOCAS) and The (HDOCAS) are about to award to a foreign supplier this contract for immediate supply of 100% advance payment.

I can use my position in the office to make sure that this contract comes to you directly.

The payment is 100% T/T into the suppliers account in advance.

So please advice if you can be able to handle this order so that I will advice you on how to proceed with the contract awarding committee.

I will only request for a commission of 1% after the supply.

Waiting for your reply asap.

Mr Benson Ogba"

Do not be tricked by this!! This is fraud, I sent a reply to this guy, saying that I found his name was mentioned in searches on the internet, that this is a fruad. I told him, in order for me to believe him, I shall not issue any proforma invoices or what so ever, until I see 50% deposit in my account. Of course, I did not give my account info to him, coz I know that this will never happen. And as what I had expected, no reply from this guy any more.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!!! FRAUD!!!!

Mail no. 2

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your mail.

There is a second contract order opened by the Ministry of Public Health Cameroon. It is for the supply of 2 million pieces of t-shirts to the MOPH Cameroon. This is for a vigorous campaign against the effects of HIV and AIDS in the populace. It is a well known fact that Africa unfortunately harbours more HIV-AIDS carriers and victims than any other continent of the globe. The MOPH wants to use the occassion of the World Cup that is going to be held in an African soil for the first time (South Africa 2010) to do a vigorous campaign against HIV-AIDS. Prevention is far better than cure.

This is the reason for this huge t-shirt purchase.

The contract details are stated clearly below:

Commodity -- T-shirts

Quantity -- 2, 000, 000 pieces

Colours -- Two colours

Buyer -- Ministry of Public Health (MOPH)

Port of Destination -- Douala Seaport Cameroon

Duration -- 10 Months

Payment terms -- 100% upfront through Bank T/T

My company Societé TopSales Sarl wants to help you secure this contract order as your local agent company. For this service we demand 2% of the total invoice value as our commission. Commission is to be paid to us only after the contract is awarded to your company and contract funds transfered to your account.

If you are capable of handling this contract order satisfactorily, reply in the affirmative and I shall forward you further contract details.

Best regards

Hello, i have always wondered who the hell falls for all these scams. it is all of you people on this blog. I can't believe all of you people are really asking if these contracts area real. THEY ARE NOT REAL, THEY ARE SCAMS.

It always seems like the people who can't speak english very well are the one who get scammed. Why would you sign a contract from these scammers???

IF ANY PERSON WHO EMAILS YOU AND ASKS FOR MONEY....WAKE UP. IT IS A SCAM, C'MON PEOPLE ARE YOU STUPID OR WHAT.

NO WONDER WHY THESE NIGERIAN SCAMMERS KEEP SCAMMING US, BECAUSE THERE ARE STUPID PEOPLE LIKE THE PEOPLE HERE, WHO WANT TO BELIEVE THEY ARE GETTING A GOOD DEAL.

IF IT IS A REAL DEAL, THE COMPANY WILL NEVER ASK FOR MONEY UP FRONT LIKE THIS. SCAMMERS ALWAYS ASK FOR MONEY UP FRONT 100% ALL THE TIME. DON'T FALL FOR IT, YOU WILL LOSE ALOT OF MONEY.

REAL GOVERNMENT CONTRACT DON'T GO THROUGH EMAIL. THEY DON'T SEND OUT EMAIL MESSAGES. MOST PEOPLE KNOW THIS. DONOT DO DEALS WITH PEOPLE IN OTHER COUNTRIES. LOOK ON LINE AND READ, READ, READ!!!!!! ALOT OF SCAMS OUT THERE. 95% OF ALL DEALS ARE SCAMS.

IF YOU ARE NOT SURE, ASK A LAWYER. IT MAY SAVE YOU THOUSANDS!

DON'T BE STUPID!

I don't understand how people still send money to people they've never met.Australians and Americans lead the pack. And some of these people still think Africans are a bit backward haha.

Stop being greedy you all who fall for such scams.Africa is pretty advanced in terms of business. If there's a genuine need, a supplier / buyer will be found in the same region.international... even worse email searches for simple supplies such as t shirts are such a scam plan a 3 year old would be able to see through it.lol unbelievable.ou're the ones keeping these fraudsters and their apprentices in business n making them clog our inboxes with their rubbish!

Dear Friends,

Thanks for your information.

Our company has started negotiation with HDOCAS which has asked supplying 5 million bottles of mineral water.

They have not asked for any money before the contract. we can't go to Cameroon, so we have to hire an attorney. So we are worried about everything.

Somebody helps us, is HDOCAS genuine? (Humanitarian and Developement of Central African States)
