Ive changing e-mails with ECCAS and I did send documentation and samples to the following adress

The fax number does not work .

After they ask fees , and i told them that I will not pay any

fees.

Here are their asnwer from yesterday 4-8-08 (let me teel You

that Ive never heard before about scammers or that kind of

criminals but when they asked the money I knew something was

wrong and I started my search and I found many sites to help me

and also the Police)

Now Im aware of this fraud, Ive also had contacts of Nigéria,

Benin , all are the same.

Dear Gentlemen,

Understand perfectly that without the payment of the refundable

tender fee that we cannot proceed with this contract in your favour.

The refundable tender fee must be sent to our office alongside

with the tender documents for us to prepare the contract

agreement for both signing and process the payment documents

for the payment transfer to your end account.

We are not liable for any damage for any delayance from your

side and so

hope for you to give us your last decision as this will permit

us to

continue with another company that is willing to proceed with

Thhis contract.

Get back to our office immediately with the payment of the

refundable tender fee immediately,

He calls his self Honorable President of Eccas Organisation and

has a friend named Mr. Benson Ogba that is a comissionist

pretending to help us winning the contract.
