I have contact with someone from cameroon claiming to come and Buy By house.He said he will have to pay cash on the site.
On his way to USA, he has been held by the airport sercurity department for carring an amount of 140.000USD in cash.
Now they are asking me to furward legal document to show possesion of the house.Also to insure the money, of which i am being ask a refundable insurance of 2500USD.
If by chance anyone has ever come across any scam like this, could he/she be so king to furward me any details and how they might be tagerting me now.

You can be sure that this "$2, 500 refundable" fee, is money that you will never ever see again.
You send the $2, 500 and the ONLY thing that might happen after that is they ask for MORE money.
Don't send them documents or money.
