dear sir/ madam,

we have been asked, by a company who claims to be agent there, for samples and tender documents to enter a bid for t-shirts required by ministry of sports cameroon. We sent 25 peices of samples and documents including company profile, performa invoice etc... we sent it all. Now they say that contract will be given to selected party by the end of next week. is it true? is there any contract being given by ministry of sports by the end of next week? or was it a fraud?

Please dont ignore my msg and reply me at the given e-mail address as soon as possible. i have already spent money on preparing these samples and sending them by fast courier service.

Gentlemen, ladies,

We dug deep into this whole multi-million t-shirt order from Cameroon, the Ministry of sports through some company called "Toptrade SARL" in Douala (C. Mang or Emmanuel Tsidore) and it is a FRAUD. Do NOT send them any samples and certainly not money.

We have been doing business with Africa for years and we understand these things in depth.

Dear Sir,

we have been asked, by a Local in Cameroon who claims to be agent there through an advertisement in News Paper, for samples and tender documents to enter a bid for t-shirts required by ministry of sports cameroon. We sent 7 best quality expensive peices of samples and documents including company profile, performa invoice etc... we sent it all. Now they say that the Contract Is Been Awarded To Us, and also mailed us Original Scan Copy of Contract Registration Certificates, Contract Award Certificate, and Certificate from Ministry of Sports (TOUNSITAYOU CONTRACT AWARDING COMMITTEE).

Now they are asking us to pay USD: 4560.00 as registration fee to register ourselve as "A" Category Exporter as per the requirement of GOVERMENT OF CAMEROON.

IS IT A GENUINE TRANSACTION. SHOULD WE PAY THE AMOUNT.

PLEASE REPLY AT EARLIEST, BECAUSE IF THE TRANSACTION IS GENUINE WE DONOT WANT TO MISS THIS CONTRACT.

I have made a transfer of 2985~usd with aditional costs of 320€ to have the contract to supply 2.4 million t shirts.

Now I have to pay 5500€ to be registrated. The already send to me a signed contract. If this is fraud I want that those people are being caught and deliver the money on my account. If this is not a fraud please tell me so this is urgent

I also got the same contract from Mr. Dim Kuma

He accepted my quotation and want me to send informa invoice. i am not yet send it to him. Said, he will tranfered money to my a/c with 100% T/T.

Instead i ask him to send me a sample for fabric's color, original purchasing order by courier. and also i ask him to give me his bank information. before i go for further process.

Let see what will he says!!

Mr.Dim Kuma is a SCAM ARTIST. His dealing methods are very complicated and sound too much like the latest spy novel with his strange instructions. I now delete all incoming inquiries coming from Africa as most of them, sadly, are waste of time...

You ll probably be asked to get a visa and work permit costing you lots of money, don t bother!!!

If they ask for a fee for Licensing, Certificates, permits or any other document, it probably a fraud.

If they ask for that fee to be sent by Western Union, then it's ABSOLUTELY a fraud.
