Would anyone like to tell me more about living on the islands.I have lived in Tenerife,hated it too tacky too comercialised,too many brit expats.I would need to work possible sell property.I have been a travel rep.I am a single lady early fifties.I would rent an apartment,whilst I get to know the islands.I believe they do direct flights now from the UK.I would love to know morenot the travel agents version but the truth.If anyone has the time I would love a contact on the islands to help with all my questions.Thanks.Chris

hi i would also appriciate any info on relocating to cv , especially regarding employment , is there any jobs at all for a 45 going on 21yr old lady ? experienced in all aspects of running a hotel , all care work {kids to elderly }sold double glazing and even been a prison officer !there must be someone out there who can advise ! many thanks , susie x

Hi ChrisI'm about to move to Santiago Island and have worked there on and off before. I am not going there to work, as it is my partner's job that takes us out there. I'll also be looking for part time work, and will be happy to keep you up to date on how things work out for me and any useful contact etc. You may be more interested in Sal, as the direct flights go from there currently? hi anyone, looking advice about moving to cv. Have enquired re purchasing property which will be built in 2 years i'm 34 and currently work as a mental health nurse my hubby is a joiner, would be willing to also consider running bar/ restaurant, we have 17 year old son who is completing a levels. have got itchy feet for a place to work and live in the sun.
