My Name is Jean I have 15 years experience 10 years of which was spent in England, B-Tec certifired diploma.I have enjoyed working with various local governments and within the private sector. I left England to run a successful day care in the carribean, based on British principles for 5 years home. I went on to home school Bob Marley's Grandchildren In the USA. I am a mature & experienced loving care giver and work with special needs. I am sensitive to parents and understand family dynamics as I have raised 5 children of my own.
