Since the hurricanes, have the property values remained steady or have they dropped. Also, is the crime rate in the Caymans low?

Frank,
in my opinion the crime rate is low. Property prices are stable but following the Ivan there have been a large number of new houses built and the market seems oversaturated. Cost of living is very high!
